About
Safeguarding
Harlaxton is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. We strive to provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all members of our community and expect all staff, students, volunteers, and visitors to share this commitment. We take all safeguarding concerns seriously and will respond promptly and appropriately to protect those who may be at risk of harm. Our safeguarding practices are guided by our Safeguarding Policy and relevant statutory guidance.
The Harlaxton Safeguarding Policy is available by clicking here.
You may submit a report of safeguarding concerns through this web portal, via email at safeguarding@harlaxton.ac.uk or by reaching out directly to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) or Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads (DDSLs). The DSL or other designee will review the report and take appropriate action, including but not limited to reporting concerns to the appropriate social service or police.
If a child or adult at risk is in immediate danger, please contact 999 without delay.
