Interested in visiting your student during their time at Harlaxton, but not sure how or when to plan it? The Harlaxton family trip gives you the chance to stay at the manor, travel with your student, and take part in special family events at Harlaxton without the stress of organizing it all yourself! This fall, we are excited to offer this opportunity during 26th November – 1st December 2025 to give you the chance to celebrate Thanksgiving here at the Manor with your student. Also included will be day trips to the iconic university city of Cambridge and the historical marvel of York. Don’t miss this opportunity to spend time with your student against the cultural landscape of England!

Families will be housed in the Premier Inn, a hotel 5 minutes away from Harlaxton Manor during this program.
There are two options for program prices: $1100/person or $1550/couple. There is a additional charge of $550 for a child sharing the same room.
The price includes the itinerary above. Flights to/ from the UK are extra and the responsibility of the participant(s) to book.
We provide airport pick-up on arrival and ask that you book flights (or make your own way back to Heathrow if doing independent travel in advance) to arrive by 10 a.m. on the program start date.
We do not provide transport back to Heathrow at the end of the program as we find that most families choose to stay on in London or travel onward afterward. Work with your student on what you would like to do for this!
Students will automatically be added to the list for the day trips for this program at no extra cost.
The deadline to register and pay in full is September 30th 2025!
