Your student will apply online about 1 year before they want to go to Harlaxton! The most common application times are October-January for fall, March-September for spring, and August-February for summer. Our application process is simple and involves filling in some information about their interest in the program and paying a $45 application fee. You can find application instructions here. Your home institution may have additional deadlines, policies, and processes for study abroad, so make sure to check with them as well!

Your student will then have a variety of materials to complete and read in their application portal throughout the semester before they depart. We also hold orientation sessions for students and are happy to answer questions from them or you about other details as they prepare for their semester abroad!
