Families will be housed at the Premier Inn in Grantham in individual ensuite rooms. Family rooms and double rooms are available. Breakfast at the hotel is included, as are shuttles for the activities at the Manor.

• There are three options for program prices: $1,300/person or $1,850/couple. A child (under 18 years old in the same room as the parents) is an additional $500.
• Any participants 18 years of age or older are required to have their own room.
• The price includes the above itinerary.  Flights to / from the UK are extra and are the responsibility of the participant(s) to book.
• We provide airport pick-up on arrival and ask that you book flights (or make your own way back to Heathrow if doing independent travel in advance) to arrive by 10am on the program start date.
• We do not provide transport back to Heathrow at the end of the program as we find that most families choose to stay on in London or travel onward afterward.  Work with your student on what you would like to do for this!
• Students will automatically be added to the list for the day trips for this program at no extra cost.
• The deadline to register and pay in full is Wednesday 16^th September 2026
