We are so excited to welcome our Spring 2025 families to visit their students at Harlaxton! This trip will take place the weekend after the semester break, so you could also travel with your student during the break or after this trip, or if you want to just enjoy the time together in the Harlaxton area, this is a great way to do so.

Thursday, March 13	Arrival Day Before 10am Arrive at London Heathrow* Coach to Harlaxton Tour of the Grand Manor Dinner with your student in the Refectory Transfer to hotel for check in *Please be sure to book your flights to land before 10am if you would like to use the Harlaxton transfer.
Friday, March 14	Day trip to York Coach transportation and packed lunches provided Tickets to York Minster included- see the Roman ruins in the Crypt! Free time to explore the many historic sites in York: The Shambles – the real Diagon Alley Jorvik Viking Centre The Chocolate Story Medieval City Walls Return to Harlaxton for dinner in the refectory
Saturday, March 15	Day trip to Cambridge Coach transportation and packed lunches provided Guided tour of Cambridge included Free time to explore this city where the university dates from 1209: Punting on the River Cam Kings College Chapel Botanic Gardens Return to your hotel to change into smart attire Transfer to Harlaxton Dinner Banquet in the State Rooms with your student
Sunday, March 16	Free Day Brunch at the Manor Free time to explore the Manor, Grantham or take a day trip somewhere. Dinner in the Refectory at Harlaxton
Monday, March 17	Departure Day Independent departures from Harlaxton

Families on this trip will be housed at the Premier Inn just down the road from the Manor. Transportation will be provided to/from Harlaxton each day for meals and activities on the trip.
There are two options for program prices: £990/person or £1440/couple (two people in separate beds in one room).
The price includes the itinerary above. Flights to/ from the UK are extra and the responsibility of the participant(s) to book. Flights should be booked to arrive in the UK by 10am on the program start date in order to take the group transport from Heathrow to Harlaxton.
This program does not include departure transportation to London or Heathrow, as families often book a variety of different activities afterward. Please work with your student on your plan for departure from Grantham on the final day of the program!
Students will automatically be added to the list for the day trips for this program at no extra cost.
The deadline to register and pay in full will be Monday, January 20 2025.
